Gray day in Point Defiance Park

Point Defiance in Tacoma is a wonderful place. There's beach, marina, zoo, scenic drive, flower garden and miles of trails. On a typical Pacific Northwest day everything looks kinda gray and dreary, and not much color around. Fall leaves turn brown and get soaked with moisture very quickly. On our 5 miles hike I took a roll of Ilford Delta film with 3200 ISO light sensitivity, designed for low light situations, not expecting great result. But after developing and scanning film I really think that high contrast and graininess really worked well.
